About The Conference
The discipline of yoga has its basis thousands of years ago, long before the first religions or belief systems were born. Yoga is basically a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living.
ICYGH 2019 aims to bring together yoga lovers, researchers, scientists, yogis, spiritual guru, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, thoughts, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of yoga and yoga for global harmony, and discuss the practical challenges come across and the solutions adopted.

Only full length paper will be accepted for the publication of ICYGH 2019 proceeding.
Manuscripts should be typewritten or prepared on a word processor, with all material double-spaced, on one side of letter-sized paper, with suitably wide margins. All pages should be numbered consecutively, beginning with page 1, the title page. Tables and figures should be numbered serially, and legends to illustrations should be prepared on separate sheets. Tables and figures will be placed near their first mention in the text; all tables and figures must be referred to in the manuscript.

Shriram Yog Prashikshan & Anusandhan Society (SYPAS) is a Registered Yoga Organization under the society act 1860 by Government of India. Recognized in year 2016, with the motive to promote Yogic wisdom for holistic development of the humanity. This organization is also accredited by Yoga Alliance USA as a RYS 200 hour, 300 hour and 500 hour to conduct international yoga teacher training program.
SYPAS has conducted many training program, workshop at different place i.e. Vietnam, yanogn Myanmar, astana, Kazakhstan, china and Haridwar, Rishikesh, India. Along with training program SYPAS organized yoga championship, yoga article writing contest, life coaching session, and yog and health awareness program for the school going and college going students of India and Myanmar.
SADHNAWAY is a center of yoga and art . Established for the purpose of promoting yogic culture and art to entire world. The center provide various styles of yoga classes and more focus on the meditation practice and techniques.
